All returns must be unworn with original tags attached and/or in original packaging with receipt in order to exchange or receive store credit

• Clothing can be exchanged or returned for store credit if sent back by mail or brought back in store within 10 days of receiving.
• Shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit if sent back by mail or brought back in store within 10 days of receiving.
• Swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, handbags and accessories are final sale.
• Sale items are final sale.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

All website returns/exchanges will be issued a store credit that can be used in store or online at Monkee's of Raleigh only. *Please note, all Monkee's are individually owned and operated and all exchanges or returns must be done at the Monkee's of Raleigh location.*

SHIPPING
All domestic Monkee's of Raleigh packages are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $10 or free shipping on orders over $200. We are not offering international shipping at this time. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed.

In store pick up is available at checkout and orders can be picked up at the store address.
